1. Terms & Conditions

1.1. These terms define the conditions of purchases in the online store at https://tedie.pl, operated by TADEUSZ NOWAK F.P.H.U "TEDIE", Konina 428, 34-735 Niedźwiedź, Polska, VAT ID 7371086146.

3. Scope & Acceptance

3.1. These terms apply to contracts concluded remotely through the store.

3.2. Placing an order means acceptance of the Terms & Privacy Policy.

4. Offer & Prices

4.1. The store offers slippers, home footwear, and clogs of its own production and from other carefully selected manufacturers.

4.2. Prices are given in the chosen currency and include VAT where applicable.

4.3. Product images are for reference only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4.4. The store may update prices and assortment; changes do not affect already placed orders.

5. Orders

5.1. Retail orders are placed via the order form on the store website.

5.2. Wholesale orders are available after individual contact; minimum 100 pairs of slippers or 50 pairs of clogs, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3. Customers must provide accurate data required for order processing.

5.4. Once all checkout steps are completed and the 'Order and Pay' button (or equivalent) is clicked, the contract is considered concluded, and the customer receives confirmation by email.

6. Payments

6.1. Online payments are handled by Stripe (credit cards, BLIK, fast transfers).

6.2. Payment is made at the time of placing the order.

6.3. Payment data is processed by Stripe.

6.4. Refunds cover the full product price and the cost of the cheapest offered delivery option.

6.5. Payment provider fees are not deducted from refunds and are covered by the seller.

7. Delivery

7.1. Retail deliveries are carried out within Poland.

7.2. Available method: InPost Parcel Lockers. Current options are shown in the cart before checkout.

7.3. Delivery cost is visible in the cart and added to the order value.

7.4. Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days after payment is received.

8. Withdrawal

8.1. Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.

8.2. The withdrawal statement can be sent by email to kontakt@tedie.pl or by post.

8.3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer unless the seller agrees otherwise.

8.4. The product must be returned in an undamaged condition, not exceeding normal use.

8.5. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8.6. Refunds include the product price and the cost of the cheapest delivery option available at the time of purchase.

9. Complaints

9.1. Customers have the right to file a complaint if the product is inconsistent with the contract.

9.2. Complaints must be submitted by email to kontakt@tedie.pl with a description of the defect and request.

9.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

9.4. Possible remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract in accordance with regulations.

10. Wholesale

10.1. Wholesale terms and conditions are agreed individually after contacting the seller.

10.2. Wholesale may also be carried out abroad upon agreement.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Matters not regulated are subject to Polish law.

11.2. The store may change these terms; the new version applies from the date of publication on the website.
